Bad taxi service

My elderly mother of 75 got a taxi from these people on Monday.my mom Is a ill woman she got a tiny bit of sick in the seat and she was bullyed into getting cleaning materials to clean the seat.then she was told to go and get £20 for a cleaning charge.im absolutely disgusted in this drivers behaviour towards my elderly mother..bullied to a o a p not good.please don’t use this taxi service as there have no respect for our public

Avoid at all costs I took a short journey driver asked me for £15 I told him to do one he then said €10 still robbed

If I could put 0 stars then I would.
Prebooked a taxi 2 hours previous for a pick up at Morrisons car park at 9pm to pick up a female passenger.
910pm taxi office rang to say they couldn't get a driver there!!! Leaving female passenger on her own.
Rang A2B they had a taxi there in minutes. Brilliant...will always use them..Thank you A2B.
Useless, unfriendly, unhelpful 1st Choice. Never use them again.
Will always recommend A2B.
