Richard is very professional and certainly knows his trade. Very high quality work to replace window units. He gave us a fair price, arrived promptly on time, and even carried out a small additional repair for us. Very happy with the result.

Wow, what a great service received by Richard, I called him as I had both front bedroom windows blowing a draft (I live on top of a high hill) Richard came out within a few days to take a look personally, he gave me honest advise told me my windows were not in need of repair and highlighted what the issue likely was which was something I could fix, he did not try and upsell me on anything.
In my experience a lot of companies wouldn't do this, he could have easily charged for his time and advise (like a minimum call out charge) but he didn't!
One of my window locks is broken though so just awaiting a cost on that to repair it but I'm already so assured that whatever the price given it'll be the right choice.

Richard did a great job of fixing our two faulty windows. He called us when promised, and turned up when he said he would. He explained the work that needed to be carried out, and did a great job of fixing both windows. Great service.
