A very disappointed customer

A very courteous man and fairly good prices but I was left feeling exceptionally disappointed with this business because I was left to deal with the decomposing rodents - in my cellar.

I` contacted the owner of the business, the same man who had visited, and offered to pay extra for him to come out again to take the dead animals away. I did not receive any response. It is known that there are health risks associated with handling dead rodents and at present we are having to live with - albeit temporary - a horrible smell emanating through the house from the cellar until the rats are fully decomposed. It is far too hazardous for our health for us to deal with this without the protective equipment used by professionals.

This business needs to make it clear to a customer that they will be left with the job of getting rid of the dead animals after being poisoned.

I feel like leaving one star.

Exceptional and friendly service

Found I had a wasp's nest on Wednesday evening, in the wall cavity outside. After making a few calls & browsing through the internet I found this firm.
The guys were extremely pleasant, very helpful and had a massive amount of knowledge regarding wasps. They came out that morning and very quickly and safely treated the nest.
I would highly recommend them! A+

Exceptional service

These guys really know what they are doing, that have a massive amount of knowledge when it comes to getting rid of rats (and everything else) and I would highly recommend them! A+
