Rob and Perry are an excellent working team. We contacted them due to damp walls in our little sitting room. Telephone was answered straight away and Perry arrived the next day to do a free survey of the damp problem we had. Perry was very clear as to what was causing the problem and the best way to treat it. We called them out twice more for other non-related issues to do with damp and received a first-class service from beginning to end. Rob and Perry are genuine people not 'fly-by nights' Their work is second to none. I am a very fussy person and like things to be done right. I have no problem recommending Rob and Perry to do any job needed. They are extremely hard-working and fair in both cost and standard of workmanship. Don't waste time on others, get the best. From initial enquiry both Rob and Perry remained professional yet approachable. Works, price, dates and times were agreed from the offset and Rob and Perry kept to their plan. They carried out the works to a great finish and any questions I had about the works were explained to me in full. I was given advice on the aftercare of the walls before any decorating was to commence. I would highly recommend 1st Call as your 1st choice.
