I am Sandra Hill

I have worked in the dental profession for over 30 years, starting as a trainee dental nurse and working my way up to practice manager. On the way I acquired my NEBDN nurses and dental radiography qualifications whilst taking time out to raise my 2 daughters.

1st Call is my passion and is a well-established agency building up a good reputation since the agency was launched in 2020, I pride myself in providing excellent nursing staff to all private, NHS and corporate practices.

My family and my grandson keeps me very busy all the while supporting me with the agency and i hopefully bring that sense of help and support to my business, nurses and practices.

When i am not working i enjoy quiet times away in my caravan, where I relax with a good book, and enjoy relaxing times with my husband. I am National Trust Member so enjoy visiting stately homes and beautiful gardens.

THE GOAL is

To supply highly qualified dental nurses to the dental profession to assist with the smooth running of any dental practice.

Any absence whether planned or unplanned, can have a dramatic effects on a practice, so good nursing staff are a must as this limits disruption to the working day.
