1st A A A Taxis

Tried to get a taxi home with my partner (we are both exempt from wearing masks) and the driver turned us down and left us in the pouring rain. Ridiculous and has no place to say what he said

Very poor. Was promised a wheelchair accessible taxi, made sure to specify wheelchair accessible several times. When a regular one arrived, and we explained our problem he said 'they've done this to me before, they don't actually have any wheelchair taxis'
