How very disappointing.If you want to deal with a business that doesn't show up when arranged, despite you having made arrangements for a family member to be at home ALL DAY , and not even offer an explanation or apology, then go ahead, book your vehicle in with Dean.After a no show Inthe first instance, he then contacted me to say he could come out yesterday. I replied yes, what time (again needing to arrange for somebody to be there, as I was working 12 HR shifts over the weekend)...no response. I am actually still waiting for some kind of response from him, and as such, here I am, writing a review of a business that claims to value a customer's time and commitments elsewhere but not actually doing what it says on his very own tin.My business is going elsewhere.Poor show, Dean. Manners cost nothing and your reputation will be based on experiences of people who you can't even spare a few minutes to call or send a message.

Always been prompt, communicative. Fast and helpful

Great service. I had to take the day off work, as my brake pads were making noise against the discs.
Called at 8:30am and said I needed 2 front pads supplied and fitted, by 11am It was finished.

I had a puncture and another tyre that needed replacing this afternoon and from phone call to the tyres being fitted was 45mins! Polite, professional and efficient. Will be using him to service my car and for all my tyre needs from now.
