We are the south coasts growing driving school covering Portsmouth & Southsea, Gosport, Havant, Fareham, Portchester, and surrounding areas.

We pride ourselves in being a bit different. We have a team of young & less young, male & female. You’ll never forget your lessons so our priority is creating safe and competent drivers with tailored lessons and extremely high pass rates. The best of the best!

I was an absolute bag of nerves when I booked driving lessons and had very little faith in myself but having met Sarah I felt so at ease and my confidence grew over time. she had so much patience with me especially when I would squinny that my manoeuvres where not perfect. She is a fantastic instructor and I wouldn’t have got my first pass that quick without her. I can’t thank Sarah and 1Drive enough, I highly recommend. I’ll miss my weekly driving lessons with Sarah!

1 DRIVE IS THE BEST!! Wowowowo

Honestly my experience was amazing learning how to drive my instructor Jhon was wonderful and really good to get along with.I think I done about 35 ish lessons with him before my test and I was really confident on the day as he was such an amazing instructor.His teaching skills are top-notch. They explain everything clearly and make sure you understand each step of the driving process. His patience is truly remarkable. He never rushes you or gets frustrated if you make a mistake. He understand that learning to drive takes time and is always there to support. His feedback is incredibly helpful. He provides constructive criticism in a kind, funny and encouraging way, helping you improve your skills with each lesson. And most importantly doesn’t put you in a situation that he doesn’t think you are ready for. Overall Jhon was an excellent, outstanding and brilliant instructor and if I needed to do driving lessons again I would absolutely choose him.

Unwavering Support and Expert Guidance

Jon at 1Drive completely changed my outlook on driving😊 I was in a bad accident when I was younger and always felt i’d never be able to drive. After having weekly lessons with Jon, with him doing everything possible to support and accommodate me, I passed with 0 faults! I cannot recommend Jon and the 1Drive team enough. I am so incredibly thankful. A lovely company with a great ethos❤️
