19th Century Tailoring

Same Problem. Placed my second order in September after the first was absolutely satisfying. Last e-mail contact was at the end of September. Since then no further mails have been answerded. Meanwhile I'm afraid to lose my money.

I ordered two waistcoats at the end of August; I tried to contact the company one day ago to know when the items would have been delivered. The telephone number ending in 660 I found on the company website is not in use any longer, the enquiry form on the website returned an error message when I attempted to send it and the email I sent to the address provided on the website has not been answered yet. Whilst I can fully understand the company is busy, I feel the customer service provided until now has been somewhat lacking; I am hoping, after reading previous reviews, my order will be completed soon.
