BRILLIANT SERVICE...

From the warm welcome we received upon visiting the showroom, fabulous design from Caroline, excellent service from all the trades and friendly updates from Tracy and Dan in Customer Service we can only sing the praises of Aristocraft. Thank you all so much for our delightful new kitchen. To say we are thrilled is an understatement!!!

Bad customer service

Good quality products but very poor after sales, once money was handed over didn’t seem bothered.

Parts missing on delivery and it took over a week to get replacement parts,

Door handles supplied with screws that wasn’t long enough, and was told that it was up to customer to get correct screws, surely they should be supplied with correct ones,

End panels sold to finish off ends of units but never told it was just a plain panel, was a complete waste of money,

Every time you want to sort a little problem out it turns into a 3 day email conversation, Surly a 2min phone call could sort it out??

Sorry but was very disappointed with the service!

Great Quality and efficient company

Ordered a Kitchen through these guys, it arrived completely built and solid looking, installers came in the day before to do the prep work, which included re-plastering where needed, fitted the new electrics, including a new feed for the Induction hob (which was a late upgrade) which they didn't moan or groan about, gave me a price and got on with it. Couldn't recommend more. i have had the Kitchen 4 months now, all doors are still aligned well, quality of the doors has been great (Ultima vetro doors with Egger Square edge Cosmic White Worktop) they have withstood a few bangs and no scratches yet! Hinges shut nicely and soft close draws are great! Glad i spent a bit more for a quality kitchen in the end and friends have all commented on it.
