17 Northgate B & B

Welcome to Number 17 Northgate, a 300 year old listed thatched farmhouse in Oakham, Rutland offering superior quality bed and breakfast accomodation.

Our two purpose built ensuite bed and breakfast rooms were recent additions to the main house as part of a major renovation project completed in 2004. The house is located in the historic centre of Oakham with easy access to a range of high quality restaurants, pubs, shops and the railway station.

We have one double (king size) and one twin bedded room each with its own ensuite bathroom and TV. Both rooms are non smoking and each room opens out on to its own patio. The rooms have their own entrance via the gravel drive to the right of the main house and off street parking is provided in the drive. Breakfast is served in the garden room.

We provide a perfect base for working in or exploring the rural beauties of our small traditional county of Rutland.
