We stayed in multiple apartments and in both rooms we were given beds that were broken. I was then exceptionally surprised to find out that I was charged £150 following my stay. I emailed Andy and his team to enquire about the charge and to rectify the situation but they were completely unresponsive despite several attempts. The only way I could reach them was by telephone and when I spoke to Andy I received nothing but terrible customer service and wild accusations saying we had forcefully damaged the bed in the Penthouse. I have requested that they provide evidence demonstrating that the bed was damaged during my stay but I am still waiting to receive anything.

Honestly, I would never stay here again due to the terrible customer service I have received from Andy and would strongly recommend you find somewhere else to stay in Nottingham, it's not worth the aggravation.
