They wouldn’t reply to email.
Finally, when making contact, they wanted to redeliver instead of reinstating our money. Appalling result. Put blame on on the customer regarding correct address and “proof that there was an attempt to deliver”
Royal Mail leaves a missed delivery card. We never had one.
Totally inept.
Never again will we utilise this co.
