Hello everyone. As Hajj 2024 is approaching, exercise caution when booking with this company. We attempted to book a Hajj package with them for 2022 and had an extremely negative experience. We ultimately did not proceed with the Hajj that year, and this company still owes us money for the refund. Their customer service was severely lacking; they promptly accepted our payment but made it difficult to obtain even a partial refund. Despite our attempts through email, letters, and in-person visits to their offices, they consistently avoided us. Please exercise caution with your hard-earned money and refrain from engaging with this company. Additionally, be wary of other small Hajj companies that may endorse this company, as it could lead to similar complications.

Please do not book tickets from them its a dodgy company they take your money ask you to transfer money before ticket when you transfer money they stop answering calls I booked holiday package pay them 2910 they book the tickets and hotel when I get to Turkey there was no one who can let us in the property we ring more then 100 times no one answer the call I have to book different hotel on my own cost and when I come back they not replying or if I call them they said we are busy please book by yourself dont use these idiots its same company own by my trip uk ltd which is in liquidation they change the name and start working on this company I already report the uk police aswell so do not use them

They pretended to be working for Thai Airways and took £100 from my card for a service they could not deliver.
Because I also gave my flight reservation details, when I refused to comply by clicking on a link in an email they sent to me, they phoned the airline, pretending to be me and used my flight reference number and details, to cancel my ticket.

Very Very bad and had very bad experience and loss my £200 and threatened me to charge more money from my bank account.
