Kathleen as discussed little bit confused by your communication this way. As you have seen we emailed you on the 30/11 to advise delivery by the 6th Jan. We were then advised by the suppliers on the 5th of Jan that the consignment was delayed docking at Felixstowe and would be delayed until the 8th of Jan and delivery by the 13th of Jan. As advised I had then called you to advise you of this but the number you have supplied is unobtainable and I then emailed you to advise you. In turn I am now told you should have got your delivery today. Off course apologies for the shipping delay off which I am sure you will understand we have no control over what is happening in the UK ports at this moment. In turn sadly I don't believe we could have communicated any better regarding delivery dates etc Sorry that you have not seen it this way but wish you all the best. Regards Michael @ 121

Doesnt care about the customer
1Passed the buck to the manufacturer and had very poor communication with me. Ignored some emails, ignored my voicemail. Eventually manufacturer picked item up (31st Oct), iv had to chase for my £275 refund from 1 2 1 and its (4th Nov) terrible customer experience didnt pick up the phone once to me to apologise for inconvenience or anything. Was a disaster from start to finish due to this seller who has no care for customer whatsoever. Ordered 3rd Oct and as of 4th Nov I have no bedroom drawers and £275 out of pocket. I had to open a paypal case and suggest nobody buy from here, if you do then use paypal so as you have some form of protection

Timescales for delivery were clearly stated to the customer on the confirmation email sent and our website. Unfortunately item was delivered damaged. Spoke to Customer. Apologised and offered a replacement. We communicated with the customer by phone, email. At no time ignored any emails or voicemails. Customer didn't want to wait for a replacement but it was explained uplift and replacement take the same time. She asked for an immediate refund. A paypal complaint was lodged. I explained full refund within 48 hours of product being returned as agreed by Paypal standards. Refund made 4 November 455pm, within 48 hours of return. Subsequently, this review was put on after 455pm, Monday 4 November. We pride ourselves on the excellent customer service we deliver, sadly on this occasion this customer was not accepting of the process.
