To start with he is not from Scarborough despite his advert saying he is, actually from bridlington, so off to a poor start Phoned for a quote, Im not very confident on the phone and suffer from poor hearing and thus take time to explain things and hear what people are saying. rather than listen he put the phone down on me. Very rude, not professional. Turns out I'm not the only one, he has a separate advert for bridlington I stumbled across and has a couple bad reviews on there, rather glad he decided to hang up on me.

Interesting review !! This guy is from Pocklington 🤔, he came to the house to look at our poor reception on TV - He didn't even do any testing just looked at the picture and told us that we needed a new Ariel ! I questioned this as not done any testing . Andrew turned to me and said you've only got to look at your Ariel that is hanging off to see that you need a new one !!! I must have poor eyesite as the Ariel is definitely not hanging off !! he was that angry because I questioned him , he pushed our child gate to the wall and said I don't want this job !!!!! You don't understand !! he was that angry ! shame that his young son witnessed his temper . Shocking behaviour from so called professional .
