Great food, cheap setting.

At first glance this chippy near the train station seems like just another shabby place. If you take the time to go in you'll see the seats aren't great and it might even have a broken window (seems to happen a lot). However the staff/ owners are lovely people, and the food is amazing and everything is very clean. If you decide to stay in and eat you'll be surprised to get a real plate, not a take out box, and massive portions. Easily my faverite place in Wigan for Chinese. Go every time I'm passing through.
