Rude staff, went in an asked for a design and they said it would take 2 hours and then said they couldn’t do it. Never again

Shocking attitude witnessed

1
Wow. Visited only twice, a lovely pregnant lady did my nails. Never again will i step foot in this place. I seen one staff member shouting down an older client in the most disrespectful way, the client kept her composure. The other staff member afterwards apologised. However, attitude is poor and customer service.
The staff who apologised earlier and to the client being shouted at. Let herself down by saying 'no' to 2 pound discount after i arrived for my appt and shop was shut. Also after hearing her cussing convo with another client and thought it would be a good idea to confirm her diregard of my clientelle, did not rise up to the attitude from her or the other client.
Wow been around the luton block a fair few times. Not great social skills. The staff above would benefit from people skills training, dropping their chip and treating customer with a little respect. More true to say 10 minute warning for poor attitude. I wish the pregnant lady well

Terrible service

Terrible service.
I had gels put on my nails and they chipped after 4 days. The lady said it’s my nails why they chipped after 4 days. I would not recommend at all.

Bad customer service but good nails

2
I had came to your salon a few months ago and when I got my acrylics done the lady cut my cuticles back so much that my nails started to bleed. She did clean my nails up but I was blamed for everything that went wrong.
However when my nails were on they did not chip at all and lasted until I had to get them off
When I was getting my nails removed I also decided to get a manicure (no polish) and the same thing happened as before except this time I had a different lady and she didn’t clean my nails up. So my ‘manicure’ ended up looking like I had been trying to tear my nails off.
So as a result of all this I will not be returning.

Second Hand Quality

I found that the way they take off Shellac polish is quote damaging for nails.
Also the whole manicure job... the only way i could describe it - it wasn't neat. The job was done quite sloppy.
The lady who was doing it - used the wrong coating on top of the colour. Then she tried to fix it. As a result - it's 3 days later and my shellac is chipping off. Also she used too much of the polish - so its bubbled up on almost all nails. They don't seem to have enough equipment either. So if there are 2 customers wanting Shellac at the same time - 1 of them will have to wait for the other to finish, as they only have one set of kit for removing polish and only 1 lamp. The whole experience just felt like it was done by an apprentice rather than a proffessional.
I paid 25 quid for all of the above. Never going back there again.
