First time in, squeezed me in without an appointment.. Hair and beard trimmed quickly an thoroughly.

Overwhelmingly shocking

Went in and asked for just about 1cm off of everywhere. And what do I come out with? Possibly the worst haircut I have ever had. Apparently "1cm off" translates to "about just under 3 inches". i was expecting them to give me a lower price as I made it crystal clear to them that I really didn't like how short it was on top, yet I still got charged the normal price. Just goes to show that changing barbers can be very risky.
