10-11 Taxis

Booked but…(0 stars) We were at the location on the minute and no sign of the taxi, it was really busy due to a event. Each taxi were waiting for their clients but no sign of ours. Eventually I got through to the office for them to say they were there which is no help. We have a dog to get back to which was stopping at a friends and as a tourist and have friends in the area I would say If you rely on taxis I would advise you do not use this company.

As a positive I would say in the day they have polite customer service but by night they have the worse and they leave you with no option which causes so much stress. M

I would like to vouch for the kind lady that took the booking just such a disappointment that we were left stranded.

Do not use this taxi firm. We were left stranded with a 3 year old on a cold evening. When I rang to ask where they were, I was met with a very rude man who told me he had waited for us and then left. Then offered alternative. We were at the pick up point before the agreed pick up time and waited for 15 minutes. Disgusting customer service. No apology given.

I can't say anything but good things about 1011. I use 1011 regularly for shopping/ hospital trips etc. The drivers are very friendly and helpful. Always service with a smile and a friendly chat. They always help with shopping bags, unlike other firms. Prices are reasonable. Thank you for your kindness 1011.

Had the pleasure of a ride with Carl of 1011 Taxis today to and from Falmout from Newquay airport. A really pleasant company to deal with all round and really cheery staff with excellent communication, keeping me up to date with travel arrangements. Would absolutely recommend and use next time I’m local.

After experiencing problems with different companies in Newquay, we decided to give 1011 a go, a huge special thank you to joanne and Nicki on the phones at they helped at very short notice being very efficient. The driver was friendly and the car was clean and well maintained. Will definitely use again
