Called me Broke . Swore at me . Awful service never again

I phone this company 3 times for just a diagnostic which i was quoted 45 pounds. and that's all i wanted. after telling both Alex and Shakeil i just want to know what's up with the computer they happily agreed to take my money and do the job i requested. called me a day later to say i owe them 105 pounds for the work that took place. i told him i didn't ask for that and he said we cannot take back the work. after worrying about getting my pc back i had to take money out off my food budget as he made me feel like this was my problem and not the companies. after paying the amount he asked for the machine was dropped off only to see my Hard drive was not there on the pc and also the lights at the front off the PC was not working still i phoned to complain not only that i didn't want the work doing as stated 3 times but that the lights were not working and the hard drive missing, he replied to me saying 'WHAT THE F IS YOUR PROBLEM' also called me a BROKE A S S and to P OFF.

Worked for this Place in the past , They are scammers and rob the old people. they start prices from £120 for a copied version of windows and all other programs are all cracked software!!!
money hungry people, they have been on crime watch and rouge traders.
