I have had the best service from Jenny in the store and then with Tony when he came to measure. very helpful and patient. The shop had loads to choose from and they helped me pick the best within my budget. Will defiantly recommend. Best service, best products to choose from and best price.

Do not use this company!!! Their customer service is TERRIBLE. They made a mistake in the ordering and blamed me for the mistake. They then charged an extra £345 to up lift the wrong product and reorder the correct flooring. They would not accept it was their error even though I had an independent witness with me at the original point of order.

We are so happy with our new Amtico floor, the installation team were fantastic. They were very courteous and understanding when we had to take client calls. My impression from initial contact in the showroom is that they are all reliable, conscientious and friendly.

The estimate that we received was very competitive, compared with others that we obtained. More importantly the advice we were given was very helpful, reassuring and without pressure. The showroom is very well stocked and they were able to order samples for us, to help us decide in the comfort of our home.

The communication was excellent and they were very flexible and accommodating with our schedule. The quality of work was absolutely perfect and we will definitely be recommending to all of our friends.
