Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever come across.

We were promised delivery in August 2021, then Nov 21, then Feb 22, then April 22 then Oct 22… not one bit of customer service or update unless we called.
We are now a couple of days from Nov 2022 and still no sign what so ever.
1 Stop Spas state that the manufacturer are unable to provide the order, however after calling 2 other UK Master Spas suppliers, they have no delivery issues what so ever and have at least 1 of each model in stock ready for delivery.
Avoid this company like the plague. The refundable deposit that they state upon placing the order isn’t refundable and they state you will owe a massive sum of money if you cancel the order and buy elsewhere.
We are currently having to take expensive legal proceedings against this very poor company. Please do not waste your money here. Take a trip to Blackpool to a more reputable company instead.
