1 Springfort Cottages is a self catering, pet friendly holiday home. The charming, semi-detached property sits within the little hamlet of Newton Reigny, not far from the amenities of Penrith.1 Springfort Cottages is a lovely base to call home while exploring the beautiful Lake District National Park and Eden Valley, situated nearby Ullswater's Lake. Set over two floors and sleeping up to six guests, we have a king-size, double, and a twin room available, each neutrally presented and perfect for catching your rest.

We have off-road parking and a car port available for our guests, whilst we also have other great facilities including a secure garden, a log burner, a smart TV, free wifi and secure bike storage. Rustle up a feast in the kitchen, amply equipped with all the essentials for a short break, including an electric range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and even a washing machine and tumble dryer, so you won’t have to pack your whole wardrobe!
