Shocking ! Food cold and everytime you order food missing then wen you ring up he dosnt want to know AVOID

Got Chinese from kings fare in Stanley last week .never been back for over six months after last time ? Tried them again and once again shocking service got meal no chips phoned up said they would give free meal .great? I pen sweet sour hardkey no sauce look at picture aske for carton be full sauce? Phoned back up said replace meal ? By this time went right of eating it? Last night ordered free meal girl on phone was very abrupt pas me on to owner he said u don’t get chips with it I said but I paid for exstra chips ? He said in a very not nice tone this is last time u get free meal I said I been with you 13years only ever had 2replacment meals . Anyway meal came guess wot no chips phone up she was abrupt again said this is not my fault said would send out chip ? By time came meal was ruined video is the first meal no sauce hardly ? Please share hell out this ?

Wow how are these still in buisness told the person that i would be checking the order before i paid for the food because things had been missing before, well i ordered salt and pepper chips and got rice what a joke lol absolutly shocking, sent the lot back will never use them again and went to fish inn was lovely

As always we ordered food from here and yet again items missing from order thats twice in the last 3 orders really they still take the money but when you phone up and say anything there is nothing they can do, so whats the point
