These guys took over my property in 2020 and ever since then have conspired to be as big a headache as they possibly can. Whenever I need a repair done, they will lie to me dozens of times for MONTHS on end about scheduling it, telling me they'll call me back (they never do), telling me they've spoken to maintenance about it (I then call maintenance and they tell me they've heard nothing from them). I've lost count of how many times all of this has happened. This behavior has been consistent for years, and I honestly don't know how they are allowed to operate as a business when every correspondence with them is immediately treated like it never happened once the phone is put down. If you're eyeing a property that's managed by them, pretend it doesn't exist, for your own sanity.

They are the best at letting and renting. , I highly recommend!! As they have the best customer service, they are understanding and provide services within the best standards.
They deliver the highest levels of service, integrity and performance, which is why they are the best as they take care of their superior customer service and make sure the customers enquires are met up-to their standards.

Awful landlords. Refuse to carry out any repairs or maintenance to the property. Overpriced properties taking advantage of people who's first language isn't English. On the rare occasion, very very rare left a large mess for tenant to clean up for them. Go elsewhere

Do yourself a favour and run to a different agency. They out right lie, pressure you into a contract, and are the most shady business I've ever dealt with. If you are already with them make sure they write every transaction between you down or they'll pretend it never happened
