Arriving on site after an 8 hour drive from Swansea, I was given clear instruction from the manager that I had 45 minutes to unload my Luton box van...unfazed, I dived into the challenge as my customer sorted out the paperwork. Shortly after the deadline, and being exhausted in the heat, the manager came to see how I was doing. It was clear he had relaxed a little and was happy to let me finish offloading. I got the job done and was greatful for a bit of flexibility...thanks loads, you saved me from a logistical nightmare and also from helping me turn a distraught customer into a relaxed and happy one...nice one
