Used Ace skips (Catlows) many times, never had a problem and drivers are very amenable

Useless!

Specifically asked to put the skip further in the drive due to needing to get a motorbike off a drive. Didn’t listen to the request and but it right in the gateway. Kept calling them asking them to either move it or take it away. Called 4 times being told someone will do it today and then they never turn up. Shocking customer service on the phone too. Just put you on hold when you ask a questions. We were on hold for 20 mins. Rubbish company!
