Very bad service
Hired skip. Never arrived and asked for refund . 10 weeks now and never paid back.

Delivered skip a day late. Repeatedly failed to pick it up. I found them rude and unhelpful, bar one one guy on phone who was very pleasant when incorrectly informing me they would do their best! That surely wasn't their best? Would not recommend this company.

Extremely disappointed with the workings of this 'so called' half a million pound company, my in-laws neighbours hired a skip, when retrieving a pretty full skip, they have hit my in-laws boundary wall causing damage to the property. To say their response is unsatisfactory is an understatement. They have children and young visiting children also, the now wobbly wall poses a major risk to safety of them. Due to this, the works must be carried out by a reputable company and can not wait for further assistance on the matter. However we will be taking this further as it is not the first time this company has done this and got away with it.

Unfortunately, this company damaged a boundary wall and won't accept that their driver did it because when they asked him he said he didn't. It doesn't matter that he was seen to bash the skip into the wall. The company won't rectify the damage. You may want to film collection and delivery if you use this firm in future, as it certainly isn't the first time they've damaged property and denied it.

Excellent service. Skip delivered on time, placed appropriately onto drive, and collected when requested. Extras not placed into skip were removed after driver noticed them. All telephone calls answered quickly and any questions helpfully answered.
