An outstanding Personal Trainer
I trained with Hugh for over 8 years. Hugh is very professional, knowledgeable and honest. He works closely with you to understand your needs, tailor a programme to meet them and gives great guidance to keep you improving and focussed on your targets - in my case, athletics to a high level. After I broke my leg in 2014, Hugh developed a rehab programme for me in conjunction with advice from my physio, which has enabled me to make great strides in getting back to prior fitness and performance levels. Without Hugh's guidance and support, I doubt that I would have reached the standard I was lucky enough to attain. I would have no hesitation recommending Hugh to anyone who is serious about their health and fitness.

Hugh determines what it is you want to achieve, listens to any medical issues you may have and plans a programme accordingly. He constantly assesses and re-assesses your achievements and goals, reminds you that it your programme and that the only person you will fool will be yourself if you take shortcuts or take it easy.

All in all, Hugh is a top trainer for people of any age (I was in my late forties when I first met him) and any condition.

Excellent Personal Trainer!!
Hugh has been my personal trainer for just over a year now and I could not be happier with the results. In this time he has helped me seriously improve my cardio vascular fitness, lower blood pressure and resting heart rate, increase muscle mass, cut down my body fat and given me help towards a food diary and healthy eating plan. His lessons are structured, varied but results focussed and fun. Having previously been sceptical about using a personal training I have to say that Hugh is worth every penny and I highly recommend.

I've been training with Hugh for over 4 years now and I have achieved all of my goals and more. I've lost over 2 stones and my blood pressure has reduced to normal levels after being on medication for high blood pressure for a number of years. I'm eating well consistently and Hugh has given me programs to do myself as well as training with him. He also does regular health checks and a bi-monthly fitness assessments to monitor performance and progress.
