Booked a taxi on the monday afternoon for 08.25 the following morning to pick my daughter in law up from home take my grandson to school, wait for her to drop him off then take her back home. After giving them the exact post codes they quoted £10/£11 to do this and i did mention that this would be a 5 day a week job for the next 4 weeks.

The next morning 08.25 arrives and no taxi, she calls them up to check and was told, " oh we should have called you, the drivers running 20 mins late"!!

Taxi cancelled, UBER booked at £18 for the round trip (so £8 more) and 4 year old grandson late for school. First time using, NEVER AGAIN, well done 121.

Terrible company will never use again book a taxi home leave you standing there when I phoned office said to busy staff who answer calls so rude dont care that they say they have booked you in then just dont turn up
Best thing is they took my money to take me there

Absolute joke we booked a taxi at 10.03 pm to book it for 11.10 pm phoned them at 11-25 and said got no drivers waste of time

I left my Xmas presents in the taxi, the driver handing them into the base. The manager arranged for the presents to be dropped off and didn’t charge the fare.
Saved our Xmas. X
