Having completed my 1:1 diet journey to my goal , I will go the extra mile to get you to your forever goal weight.

I have lost 3stone in 12 weeks starting on Step 2 and working up the steps to maintenance. To begin with I had back pain which was a struggle for me each morning, I also felt tired everyday and quite sluggish. Now I have lost my 3 stone I feel like a new person, I have so much more energy, my back pain has now gone which is an amazing feeling and I can now start my day feeling happy and healthy.
