The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan has been around for 35 years and is based on scientific and medical research. It is a meal replacement lan consisting of soups, shakes, porridge, bars, smoothies and meal packs. It provides you with 100% daily nutrition whilst still being low calorie, low fat, low carb, high protein and fibre. There are no groups or classes to attend. Just 1-2-1 support from me.I lost 3 stones in 4 months, 3years ago, and have helped scores of people lose weight since then.
There are 5 different steps ranging from 450kcals a day to 1500 kcals a day. We would discuss the plan that suits you best depending on medications and lifestyle.
