Ali is a great person and capable engineer. My towel rack needs fixing up and he’s done a great job with it.

Dan was very professional and kept me up to date on the issue and way to resolve which was cost effective! He managed to get my boiler up and running within 24hours which was really great

Chris was amazing. We needed to radiators installed in two new locations. He was meticulous in running the new pipework under the floor boards and made improvements to the system as he went. He suggested a couple of other minor improvements which would make servicing and maintaining the central heating system significantly easier, safer and cheaper in the future. Although the company underestimated the time he would require to complete the job, he explained very clearly and patiently why it would take longer than initially estimated. In the end, due to the poor condition of one of our walls (the house was built in 1888) he was unable to safely mount one of the radiators but did run the pipework to where it needed to be, requested a quote from a recommended builder. He cleaned everything up before he left and checked everything was working. Having arrived at 2pm, having checked it was ok with us, he left after 10pm!!! Not all heroes wear capes, and not all plumbers are called Mario.

,I was let down by a plumbing company this morning after waiting in for 6 hours. When they informed me they wouldn’t be coming i did some swearing, and then found a Check a Trade leaflet and dialled 0800 Homefix. I reached Sophie who was so lovely and understanding and because I was left in the lurch I had a tight window in which the job could be done. Chris T was with me in under an hour and three hours later I had new taps, fixed pipes under the bath, new shower fittings and my bath resealed to the wall. He was very nice, knew what he was doing and made it happen really quickly. He was also transparent about the costs of parts and labour which I appreciated, he kept me posted by phone about his progress, spoke to my partner on the phone about what he was planning to do, and was lovely to my 7 year old daughter. We’ll definitely use him again. This is the first time I’ve ever been compelled to write a review of anyone even after I’ve been asked so that’s how happy I am with the work.

We called Homefix on a Sunday with a leak under our bathroom sink. Daniel arrived really quickly and fixed the problem promptly. Dan was very pleasant, doing a thorough job and leaving everything clean and tidy. We would definitely use this company again.
