Helpful Taxi Driver on your staff

We used this company a couple of times on 5 and 7 September 2023. It is better that you book in advance the day before to ensure that you are picked up. We were picked up at Rayford Caravan Park and taken into Stratford twice, the second time my husband had difficulty in walking on the day of the extreme heat, several passers by helped us and one particular taxi driver pulled up on the main road and manoeuvred his taxi into an area close to where my husband was sitting on a wall. The taxi driver got out of his car and he and a passerby helped my husband by getting him into the taxi and taking us right up to the door of the caravan where we were staying, for which we were very grateful and the charge was modest so thank you very much for the service.

Always professional, friendly, and honest about estimated time of arrival. I use taxis in Stratford a lot, and book them for customers at my place of work, and I've never had a problem with 007. Would recommend.

Very unprofessional

Prebooked a day before. Didn't turned up in the morning. I was late for work. Very unprofessional. When called in the morning he pretended not to hear the call. Never turned up.

The 007 of taxicabs.Not shaken only driven very quietly. :)

This was the most on-time taxi we have ever had the privilege of travelling with. Pulled up with exactly 30 seconds to spare. Then we were conveyed in one of the cleanes taxis we have ever travelled in. Our Driver was a little reserved and quiet but we soon got him chatting about taxis around the UK. We were generally very pleased to be charged LESS than we were told might be the charge when we booked the taxi the day before. Our driver was super polite and very helpful. Definitely worth the title 007 of taxi cabs.
