Ordered a taxi in advance to take us from a wedding venue back to our hotel. This was done over a week before the event and confirmed via phone call just before. Taxi was 40 minutes late picking us because he was 'on another job', leaving us as the only guests left in the dark in the middle of the night.

Then had the audacity to want to charge us the considered 'full price' despite this but we refused.

It's a shame as this company came highly recommended and we are not from the area.

Had to book at short notice using the online form - got immediate email confirmation and driver arrived within 10 minutes. Price was quoted in advance via the form.
Driver polite and following COVID safety measures, journey was good and he followed my requested route. Would use again.

Robbed £70 off me. Paid for 2 taxis via the link through the text message I got sent. I then phoned the company back up to cancel these two taxis and got told the money would be going back into my account. This was not the case and still haven’t been paid from the incident on the 8th of October after messaging and calling them many times.

Driver was 10 minutes late and still decides to go the longest route possible, constantly playing on his phone and then sharply breaking to the point where he nearly hit the car infront! My bag flew off the seat and I was flung foward because he had to break so sharply, and after all this he still charges me full price! I would have argued but I am a young girl alone at the time so did not want any conflict and I was already late for work due to this taxi journey so I just paid him. After this I am done with 007 cars and I have been a regular customer for years.

The taxi driver didn’t stick to predicted quotes, took ages to take down our addresses, took the longest route possible and was rude and confused throughout the journey. Will not use again.
