Shocking service!
Booked a journey through their app that clearly showed a cash fare of £11 (Steeple Claydon to Buckingham, 5 miles) but on arrival was told it was £20 minimum fare. Their app showed £11 so that's what I paid.
On booking a return fare (same night), their app showed £13, but they called and said it would be £30, clearly trying to recoup money from earlier, so I cancelled the booking. Got a fare home with another local company for £10.
Ps. They arrived 20 mins later than booked too!

Shocking company, arrived 10 mins early and refused to wait, wouldn’t send another cab despite being a disabled customer. Said needed to make alternative arrangements to get home.

Horrible Service, have not refunded my prepaid taxi yet. Been 20 CD now and still waiting. No follow-up calls or response.

I only gave them 1 star because I couldn’t seem to rate them a 0!!!! Awful service, the people at the office should be ashamed of themselves!!!! When I asked what their name was so I could complain about their terrible service, they told me their name was newman, clearly thinking they’re funny and they would get away with mugging people off!!!!! Do not use this company!!!!! They take your money and laugh about it when they don’t turn up as promised!!!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!

They promise you one price. Then when your in the car they charge you a different price.
