Loretta Flockhart is a journalist and holistic health therapist. She studied with Narendra Mehta at the London School of Indian Champissage and is a Reiki Master in the Usui and Karuna traditions. Adopting a holistic approach to health and fitness, Loretta believes in the power of the individual to create change and take mastery of their own well-being. Ancient techniques such as yoga, mediation, acupuncture, reiki, homeopathy, massage and crystals are increasingly used to combat disease and illness.
