After Sales Shenanigans

I have to admit, the servicing team here are really friendly and efficient and follow up hard on business, they would get a 5/5 from me. The reason I did not go here for either my MOT or Servicing after purchasing a 2yr old Citroen C1 is because even a year after sale, I am still waiting on items from the team, which I have had to escalate to their head office. This is after MONTHS of following up and being fobbed off of what I am sure is clearly breaches to trade law, and what I know is against Citroen values. I have wasted several hours of my time and phone money to deal with something which is so simple- my tax, due at the end of the month when I purchased the car should have been included and was not (even though I asked for it to be included in the deal and told no, only to find it was actually already incldued in the price on the invoice). Also it had a parcle shelf when I test drove, but didnt have one when I picked it up, this took 7 months to resolve with a follow up from head office, and the cheque for the tax I am still waiting for. The shameful truth is I knew each time I was told the cheque was sent, or my parcle shelf was ready that I would not receive it, and every time I was promised a call back that I would never get it.
