This unassuming little cafe just a stone's throw from South Kensington tube station offers the best and cheap crepes in London. There is an extensive range of savoury and sweet crisp crepes to choose from. My favourites are the sweet crepes - anything with Belgian chocolate folded in it! The beauty of being able to sit and eat at this cafe is that the crepe won't get soggy at the end which it does if you buy from a stall and eat standing. Great way to unwind on a Saturday afternoon after a busy bout of retail therapy... or any other time you feel like indulging!Report this

It took me a while to remember the name of this place (well, good old Google helped a little too!), but I am glad I did, because now I can share it with all of you. This place does the most amazing crepes that I have ever eaten, both savoury and sweet. The crepes are just as they ought to be - thin and crispy, and come in a variety of different flavours. On the savoury side, the ham and cheese is just so juicy and tasty that you have to experience it for yourself. If you fancy something sweet, then the chocolate, banana and rum crepe is the one to go for. They are very filling, and at around £6 a pop, they really won't break the bank. The restaurant itself is this tiny little hole-in-the-wall near South Kensington tube station, and is invariably packed with people. In the warmer months they have tables outside where it's great to sit, eat and people-watch. One of my top places for all of London, on par with Best Mangal's kebabs in terms of taste and value for money.Report this
