The Retired Greyhound Trust booked this lot to collect two parcels from me. It was arranged for Monday. When they hadn't been collected the RGT were first told that the parcels had been collected at 8.30am. Then they were told that it could be any time up to 4pm. Then they were told that someone had called at 10.30 and I wasn't in (not true) but to prove it they said I have a black front door. They also said that they'd tried several times to ring me, they hadn't. Furthermore I don't have a black front door, I have a white one. So, having waited in all day on Monday and wasted a day the best they could do was say that they would collect them on the Wednesday between 8am and 4pm. Another wasted day. Useless! If I'd have known how rubbish they were I'd have told the RGT to forget the muppets and taken the parcels myself.Report this
No redeeming qualities

Simply a terrible courier service. They collected an item which was due to be delivered to me on the 20th. However, they did not attempt to deliver it until the 24th. I was informed that no one was in when they made the attempted delivery (I was) and that they left a card to arrange a redelivery (they did not). Redelivery was arranged for the 26th, again they didn't deem it necessary to deliver. I made a final attempt to receive my parcel by arranging for delivery today, the 28th, and again they have not delivered. I rang them this morning and was ensured my parcel was out on delivery, by a very rude member of staff. I rang in again this afternoon as my parcel had not been delivered and I was informed that I have to be more patient because they only received the parcel yesterday. This staff member went on to say that they had only failed to deliver the item once. So clearly their systems are not set up for telling the truth to their customers. I definitely will not be buying anything from a company who uses this courier service again, will not use this company myself, and will not recommend this company to anyone. This company get a star solely because I must give a star to place a review. They have done nothing to warrant the star at all.Report this

They Gave collection instructions between certain time frame then attempted collection outside of time frame TWICE Attempted a pick up from the destination point. Operatives very rude when explaining complaint. Ignored delivery instructions by customer and recipiant. Very bad first time experience will not and connot recommendReport this
