Star of indi or Star of ONION?!?!?!!??!!?!?

One of the worst asian restaurants in UK! OMG! They serve ONIONS instead of curry! I was just shocked when I went there. The food is absolutely TERRIBLE!!!!I have eaten a lot of different asian dishes and believe none of them was consisting of onions! Me and my friend ordered chicken(KORMA) curry and lamb curry. Both of them not only looked the same but tasted same - there were literally 4 small pieces of meat in each curry and the rest was just ONIONS in a gravy! Now we are laughing at the experience but then we were really upset.... The staff was not very nice as well, especially after I told them that I have eaten much better curry ;-) DO NOT GO THERE! WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! Recommend it for onion-lovers though ;-) !!!!Report this
Cold, Pricey & YUK

Cold food, only 4 small peices of chicken in my tikka masla, so very pricey for small portions of watery strange coloured dishes, the Saag paneer was disgusting, ordered a take away here before and it was the same, i should have thrown the menu as it was picked up by mistake and ordered from by a friend......YUKReport this

Have been going here for years and taking large parties. Food has always been of the highest order, both a la carte and buffet, although the buffet is generally less spicy, and staff are very welcoming, although as I have become a regular they treat me like family. Have been round the kitchen as I have considered the curry lessons on offer here and can state that they are spotless. Excellent! Can't comment on take-aways as I don't do them. I cook my own. Occasional jazz nights and quiz nights are also fun.Report this
