Seasonal Tapas Bar
From 8am Monday Saturday (10am on Sundays), we offer a NY-style brunch menu, which evolves into a choice of vibrant superfood salads and sourdough sarnies with grilled fish and organic meats. All are available to eat-in or take-away. Then we kick back and roll out a fresh seasonal selection of tapas served with local wines and far-out cocktails. Our tapas has our own British twist as all our fresh meat and seasonal vegetables are generally organic and sourced from Bristol and Wales. Included in our tri-lingual menu are: roasted belly of pork with fennel crackling, homemade Moroccan harissa, our very own chorizo and merguez sausages and a wintery example for the coming months: roasted pheasant with quince and sherry.
We're big on community and sustainability. We believe that the best way to bring people together is through food, and in doing so you can give something back to the local economy by supporting local farmers and keeping waste to an absolute minimum.
