The Maud Village Trust was formed from the Community Association in order to acquire and develop the redundant cattle market, in the centre of the Village of Maud.
The Trust purchased the redundant cattle mart, from Aberdeen Northern Marts, with a 95% grant from the Scottish Land Fund. It is the intention of the Maud Village Trust Management Team to develop the redundant cattle market, for the benefit of the Maud and District Community.
On our menu you will find freshly made soup, baked potatoes, sandwiches, salads, toasties, wraps , scones and lots of homebakes! that you can either eat in or takeaway.

New for 2012
Orders are also taken for celebration cakes, outside catering and business lunches.
There are paintings on display in the café, by a local artist Janet Ollason that can be purchased, either the originals or prints. Also on sale are local post cards in aid of the Christmas Lights Appeal. If you have not already visited the cafe please come!
