Impressed by their disservice

Did not see any positive thing on them! The list of the things that really are making me talk with myself: 1) When you are in a viewing the person showing you the flat or house is always hurrying because 1 minute later has another viewing appointment and insisting that there are lots of other people opting for this property so you take it now or never, then, arranges call with the agency they take your money and then whatever, whatever you should stay behind them on the phone, insisting for the keys because they want to delay your shift as much as possible without reason. 2) Conditions of the property when you see it and when you take it are the same. Do not expect any cleaning or any maintenance at all. You do not get even the time to check the electrical appliances because they insist that they will do the inventory but of course they have a pre-prepared version of ages ago and never update it. 3) If you miss anything they kindly answer to your call promising they will call you back, but never expect them to call you back. Have heard this answer several times, at least 10 times but they never call you back if it is you that need anything from them (even things that were taken for granted since you have payed them but even for things that should be there: The washing machine not working for example they will not care about it, will tell you that they will contact the landlord and months will go by but they will do nothing). 4) They never do any maintenance. Mould visibly growing in the bathroom, they do not care and tell you that they will sort it out for you and days/weeks/months go by and nothing happens. 5) They are not inside Nottingham but in Mansfield, if you have any problems and also to get the contract you should go there by train (45 minutes each way) and pay the ticket yourself. 6) I would sue them if I could, just need to complete things that I need to finish asap and will find a way to get refunded for what I am going through or sue them! 7) Be careful, and take enough time without being influenced from anything and anyone. Take your time! Observe everything and pretend things to be sorted out before you shift! If that does not happen, write a review that will be much more harmful that what they spend by accomplishing their responsibility to do maintenance before a new person shifts inside. 8) Good luck, once your money is gone, is gone!Report this
They take your money and not much else

We have had them on the market for over a year and what have they done, put a small picture in the paper - do they contact us no.. when asked what is going on with our property - oh reduce the price thats the only answer they seem to have, you pay upfront to them to basicly they have thier money - then they do nothing to push your property and try to sell itReport this
