I went with a party of 7 people. I am afraid to say although the starters were nice the main courses were very dissappointing. Two people had the wild mushroom risotto and said it was very bland and it desparately needed seasoning. Another had the penne pasta with tomato and chilli's. She said she could have done better herself and maybe it would have been better had there been an option to get it with chicken. Two of us had the garlic chicken calzone, totally not what we expected. It came looking like an enormous pasty however the pizza pastry was rock solid and once you got into it there wasn't much filling inside. We expected to have tomato pizza base with garlic chicken and cheese. However all we got was a bit of chicken in ousy cheese. It had no flavour to it and the tiniest bit of basil oil on the plate did nothing to help give the meal and flavour. To be honest I would have said the dish would have been far better had the chicken been mixed with a basil pesto before putting in the folded pizza base which should of had tomato paste on it. A side salad would have the made the whole dish more appealing. The staff were friendly but we did have to ask for the bill twice. I'm afraid we will not be rushing back!!!!!Report this

We had a great evening with friends on a Saturday evening when the place was really busy and the meal and staff were brilliant. Familiar faces of staff from the "old days" who didn't keep us waiting and kept our drinks coming. I think the negative review by AngiePe must be sour grapes or something as our plates were all full. If it was me I wouldn't have put up with it and spoken to a member of staff rather than wait and go to a supermarket for supper !!Report this

We went with a group of twelve friends and really enjoyed Lucia's Kitchen. The staff were very friendly and attentive, with never an empty glass. The menu was authentic, tasty and well presented. Very good value for money and a nice ambience. ThankyouReport this
awful - waste of money unless you have appetite of 3 yr old!

so disappointed they gave up a good value franchise for this overpriced froxen rubbish! if you are happy to pay £9 for 3 prawns and the same again for half a dozen calamari and a few lettuce leaves then this is the place for you. I had to go to the local supermarket to get my supper - I have never ever left a restaurant after two courses still being hungry!! very disappointedReport this
