We apologise for a late reply to all comments we have only just been infromed of the reviews we have had. Review 1. We do apologise for the lack of communication with the patch test, as said when you came into the salon we did have a young girl working the phone when you booked the appointment and as she was training she wasnt fully aware of the patch test rule, this was a total miss communication within the salon and we do apologise but we just could not risk doing this treatment incase you got a severe allergic reaction. Review 2. I believe this was a groupon deal that you are commenting on. We apologise that you did not enjoy your treatment however the timing was miss printed in our groupon voucher. we also did get unindated with treatments. we agreed with groupon that we would limit ourselves to two massgaes a day (as massages can become very strenuous) but we ended up doing on average 5-6. This i understand is not your fault. One therapist was left to carry out 196 treatments in a very short space of time. Our therapists try to give a relaxing and pleasurable experience everytime so i thoroughly apologise if you feel u did not have this experience. I dont think its fair to say its two young girls playing shop as we do our upmost to treat all our customers in a friendly and proffessional manner. Review 3. I apologise that when you have been to see us when we have not been open. We are open 41 hours a week and do work all these hours. If the salon is ever closed its for a maxium of 10 mins and a sign is left to notify the costumer. We apologise if you have tried to e-mail us, we have no records of this. Our emails are checked every morning and throughout the day to ensure we reply to all messages. we also offer other ways of booking an appointment i.e facebook, twitter and we have a telephone messaging service. Sometimes the salon is closed on specific days such as; bank holidays or in March when you wrote this review the beauty therapist was away. If the salon is ever closed for a long period of time then there is a resceduled opening times which is left on the salon door and updated on our facebook/twitter page and also on our websiteReport this

My husband bought me a gift token for beauty treatment from this shop, but despite turning up on 5 sperate occasisons, the shop is never open. Even when the opening hours state it should be open, I find it closed. I sent Indulgence an e-mail last month but got no reply. Went again this week after ringing in advance to make sure it was open and guess what..........shut!. I want a refund.......Report this
A complete disappointment

The treatment I recieved was for exactly half of the time that was advertised and I had paid for with the unsatisfactory explanation that it was 'printed wrong'. The treatment itself was neither relaxing nor therapeutic, seeming very amature. I left with my shoulders feeling tighter then when I went in. I would not go back as it is overpriced for what little was provided and although the building gave a professional feel it came across as two young girls playing shop, showing a complete lack in customer focus, basic manners, or sense of good business practice.Report this

I booked an appointment earlier in the week for an eyelash perm/tint and was advised that as I had received this treatment from other salons in the past, a patch test was not required. Although when I arrived today for my treatment, I was taken up to the room to be told that I could not have the treatment without a patch test which needed to be done 24 hours before! I am going on holiday tomorrow and have been left with no time to explore alternatives. No, I am not knocking them for following procedures although if I had been advised of this over the phone when I booked, I would have happily gone along for a patch test. My frustration is that they let me go along for the appointment, arrange babysitters etc... and did not have the courtesy to call me earlier so now I will be going on holiday without my treatment. I did get a sorry, but there was no offer of a voucher for the cock up or was any other treatments offered.Report this
