very disappointed this year with gilberdyke, no animated displays for the young ones to enjoy like the singing bears last year, hardly any stock in shop to build your own animated village, young staff didnt seem to know what they were doin with santas grotto, people were pushing in front of each other, grotto was right next to automatic doors to the outside plants so everytime someone walked through the door the people in the queue got an icy blast from outside, and santa seemed to want you in and out as quick as you can, i myself paying £6 to take my grandson in would have liked just a bit of time to take some pictures but you were just hustled in and back out, and to cap it all the presents werent even wrapped. what a sad let down.Add comment Report this review
