I have been regularly eating out of this establishment tonight I ordered food to be delivered I told the gentleman on the telephone who I was (the mechanic that uses his services often) and he knew that I was a regular customer, I was advised on the phone that it would be forty mins before my order would be delivered I waited an hour! An hour after my initial phone call I phoned back, TO MY DISMAY I was advised that a driver had been at my door several times, that is utter rubbish I tested my doorbell after that conversation and it is working perfect I then phoned back to chapati 9 and told JAZZ that all was well with bell etc then my food came and it was cold I told the driver I didn't want the food I phoned chapati 9 back and they didnt sound too concerned to lose a regular valued customer, I then proceeded to call bishopton tandoori where the gentleman on the phone was polite helpful and sounded happy for buissness I will not use chapati nine again customer satisfaction nilReport this

I've been ordering from Chapati 9 in Bishopton for 5ish years. The service has ALWAYS been fantastic! They do the best Korma. I normally have a chicken one, but as I was trying their Tea Time Special B for the first time, I thought I'd try lamb. It was so tender, it melted in my mouth!! The food is always piping hot & great value for money! Their pizzas are amazing too. Sometimes they won't have exactly what you order, so they'll send something extra, like a bottle of lemonade. It's a nice touch. Also, the delivery is very reasonable too!! Highly recommend them! :)Report this

Truly dreadful. On several occasions I have been overcharged. Being a shy person I let it slide. Plus it was small amounts like extra toppings for pizza amounts.Tonight I politely asked why again I was overcharged. I had asked for chips and curry sauce which until now has always came in one container. No I had asked for chips and curry sauce which now means two containers. I said that is not what I wanted whereupon the man started shouting at me in front of my child and barred me!!! Luckily nobody was in the shop to witness this. I had at no point raised my voice or been cheeky. The owner had been having a disagreement on the phone when I came in but still! Will now use the Bishopton Tandoori where the staff are always so nice from now on. I will also never use there Partick establishment which I frequent when on nights at the Western. Will also tell all my colleagues!Report this

Chapati 9 is one of my local Indian take aways. It has a very extensive menu and the staff are very pleasant. Service is quick and efficient and the portions are of a good size. The snack menu is very good value for money and the portion size is very good. They do baked potatoes, burgers and pizzas as well as curries and kebabs. Quite often I do not want a full blown curry and have a chicken tikka masalla pizza instead! This is absolutely delicious but very filling and I usually have to put at least two pieces away in the freezer for later. We usually get our food delivered. However since it is close to some shops that are open until 10pm we often phone our order for collectiona and combine this with going to the shops or have a drink in the Bishopton Inn which is only a stone's throw away. The staff will hold your order so that the food will be ready for you when you want it, rather than it being left to lie and get cold. IdealReport this
