    They misdiagnosed our lovely labradoodle as having pancreatitis, but he had eaten a piece of elastic. They left him 6 days before referring him to Chester Gates, by which time it was too late and he couldn't be saved. Perhaps the worst thing is they didn't even say sorry. I would not use them again.
