Way's Rare & Secondhand Bookshop
About us
Rare, antiquarian & selected secondhand books bought & sold
If you enjoy books, you will appreciate this charming, traditional secondhand & antiquarian bookshop. Worth a detour, and found at the bottom of Friday Street, near the River Thames & beside a pub. There are no specific specialities, but you'll find a small, orderly, general bookshop with books chosen because they are interesting, academic, decorative or just a good read! We do not care what the book is worth, as long as we think we can sell it, You'll find everything from a recently published paperbacks to a rare book from the C18.
If you are selling good books you'lll find us interested, prompt, informed & fair. (Please, DO telephone if coming any distance to sell, to ensure the buyer is available). We can tackle house-fulls of books, within range of Henley, but need a bit of notice. The shop has been trading since 1977 and there is parking at the side or at the rear.
